About Doctor Route UKDoctor Route UK provides independent guidance and support to doctors seeking UK clinical attachments and related career support.Doctor Route UK is an independent service and is not part of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the NHS, any NHS Trust, hospital, university, regulator or recruitment agency.Email: [email protected]2. Our ServicesDepending on the service agreed with you, we may provide:• Clinical Attachment Support
• UK medical career guidance
• CV and application support
• Guidance on suitable NHS Trusts, hospitals or departments
• Information about relevant contacts and next steps
• General support during the clinical attachment processThe exact service, fee and any agreed timeframe will be confirmed with you in writing before payment.3. Clinical Attachment Placement GuaranteeWhere your purchased service includes our Clinical Attachment Placement Guarantee, we will work to secure a suitable unpaid UK clinical attachment within the timeframe agreed with you.A placement is considered secured when a suitable healthcare provider, HR department or authorised supervisor provides written confirmation that they are willing to accept you for a clinical attachment, subject to their local requirements.If we are unable to secure a suitable clinical attachment within the agreed timeframe, we will refund the Doctor Route UK service fee paid for the clinical attachment placement service.The guarantee may not apply if you provide inaccurate information, fail to provide required information, do not respond within a reasonable time, withdraw from the process, reject a suitable opportunity that meets the agreed criteria, or introduce new restrictions after the service has started.4. Healthcare Provider RequirementsAny clinical attachment remains subject to requirements imposed by the relevant healthcare provider.These may include occupational health clearance, identification checks, references, DBS or police clearance, immigration requirements, vaccinations, mandatory training or other onboarding requirements.Doctor Route UK cannot make these decisions on behalf of a healthcare provider.5. What We Do Not GuaranteeDoctor Route UK does not guarantee:• Employment or an NHS job
• A paid position
• Visa approval or sponsorship
• GMC registration
• Occupational health or DBS clearance
• A particular NHS Trust, specialty, consultant or location
• A particular start date
• Employment following a clinical attachmentClinical attachments supported through our service are intended to be unpaid unless the healthcare provider states otherwise.6. Fees and PaymentOur service fees vary depending on the support required.The applicable fee will be confirmed with you in writing before you agree to proceed or make payment.Doctor Route UK service fees are separate from third-party costs such as occupational health fees, DBS checks, visa costs, travel, accommodation or hospital charges unless expressly stated otherwise.Third-party charges are not normally refundable by Doctor Route UK.7. Cancellation and RefundsWhere applicable under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel a service purchased at a distance within 14 days.If you ask us to begin work during the cancellation period, you request that the service starts immediately.If work has already been carried out before cancellation, an appropriate amount may be payable for the services already provided.Where the Clinical Attachment Placement Guarantee applies and we are unable to secure a suitable placement within the agreed timeframe, the relevant Doctor Route UK service fee will be refunded.Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.8. Your ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.You are also responsible for meeting any requirements set by NHS Trusts, hospitals or other healthcare providers.Where we provide contact information or guidance, you may be required to communicate directly with the relevant organisation.9. CV and Application SupportWe may provide suggestions to improve CVs, applications and professional communications.You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any document before it is submitted.We do not guarantee that an application will result in a placement, interview or employment.10. Professional AdviceDoctor Route UK provides general guidance only.We do not provide regulated legal, immigration, financial, medical or professional regulatory advice.11. LiabilityWe will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.We are not responsible for independent decisions made by NHS Trusts, consultants, regulators or other third parties.Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.12.
